To say Bob Estes enjoyed deer hunting would be the ultimate understatement.
People who knew him will tell you he lived deer hunting.
Estes, who lived in Caledonia, N.Y. (Livingston County), was not only an avid deer hunter, but he was also an official scorer for the Boone and Crockett Club. But he was best known as the founder of the New York State Big Buck Club.
