For bass, try Kennerdell area of the Allegheny River in Venango County, Pa.
While wade fishing the Allegheny River last July at the Kennerdell Tract of the Clear Creek State Forest, I experienced a special smallmouth flurry. It happened in a small stretch about a quarter mile above the Danner Primitive Camping Area.
